Gender Roles Outing

Pamuzinda Safari Lodge

The pictures show participants presenting about Gender Roles during the partner training at Pamuzinda Safari Lodge. The training was to provide partners with the overview of the project of working with adolescent mothers and fathers funded by Sweden.


Gender Based Violence Campaign

Epworth

Shanduko Yeupenyu Child Care in partnership with ZRP Epworth , REPSSI conducting awareness campaign for Gender based violence in Epwoth. The aim of awarenes was to share information with male on how to prevent gender based violence, and prevention of sexual Exploitattion and abuse. Shanduko Yeupenyu Child Care and REPSSI are using Posative Masculinity tool to advocate for change from men.


International Womens' Day Commemorations

Epworth

Shanduko Yeupenyu Child Care in partnership with SASA FAITH Community based facilitators conducting commeration of International Women’s Day in Epwoth. The aim of activity was to celebrate the work done by women, share information on how to prevent gender based violence, and prevention of sexual Exploitattion and abuse, challenges faced by women and girls. The day was attended with 50 women in line with Covid-19 guidelines.


Girls Sanitary Awareness Session

Epworth

Shanduko Yeupenyu Child Care provide sanitary pads to Girls in Epworth during the awarenes session. The aim of activity provide information information on how to prevent Sexual gender based violence, and prevention of sexual Exploitattion and abuse, challenges faced by girls during the lockdown of Covid-19 pandemic in Zimbabwe and 40 girls benefited from the project every mothns and work in line with Covid-19 guidelines.


Capacity Building Session

Epworth

Shanduko Yeupenyu Child Care in partnership with REPSSI conducting capacity buliding to commuity stakeholder in Epworth. The aim of training was to train stakeholders on Psychosocial support, Psychological first Aid, Positives Masculinity and Myspace. The training will help them to menstriming PSS at their work place and community. The training was atteded by Zimbabwe Republic Police members, Community Child Workers, Village Health Workers, Professinam Nurces and other community carders.
